St. Patty's Day

We had Green Eggs and Ham (bacon) and Shamrock Pancakes for lunch today! I normally don't do anything for St. Patrick's Day (other than wear green so I don't get pinched) but this year I thought it would be fun to make something. 

My first attempt at a shamrock pancake was a disaster (it looked more like the profile of a leprechaun with a large nose) but this one turned out pretty good!
