15 Months

Our baby is a baby no longer. She is all toddler and growing up way too fast for this Mama.
  • Richard made her laugh so hard the other night that milk actually came out her nose!
  • She puckers her lips and gives kisses on our cheeks. Sweetest thing!
  • She wants to go to nursery SO bad. On Sunday she wouldn't sit still during Sunday School--nothing new. But she kept saying play. I would set her down to run around and she would immediately want back up. Finally I took her out to roam the halls and she headed straight for the nursery saying and signing play the whole way.
  • What a little tease! I don't even have examples but she often has something up her sleeve with a mischievous little grin and look in her eye.
  • She enjoys books and loves baby dolls. And if there is something she can strap on her shoulder that even slightly resembles a purse, she stands up, waves and says "bye" and leaves the room.
  • Walks like a pro all the time now. No more drunken sailor. And she has even started running.
  • Friendly and fearless with everyone she meets. I'm thinking this will last up until a day or two before we put her in nursery.
  • Greets everyone she sees with a "hi" and a wave.
  • She is such a dare devil. Always climbing or standing up on things that are way too high.
  • 7 teeth
  • Says lots of words and continues to sign up a storm. The cutest is when Olivia is crying and Eloise will sign "hurt" and "sorry" and rub Olivia's back. Says amen, da! (ta-da as she stands precariously atop something scarily high), ya (Olivia), and is finally saying mom which makes me so happy.
