Seattle Washington
We took a little side trip to Seattle to see our friend/old roommate, Lynette, who is completing her Master's program at the University of Washington. We had a great time catching up, sightseeing, eating popcorn and watching movies.
On our first night, we took a

The next day we went to the Zoo.

This sweet old orangutang was my favorite! Apparently they are fairly social beings, at least this one was. Before we got there, he had been sitting by a tree far from the window and a young girl came up and waved at him. Before long he made his way across the enclosure and sat down right by her.
Later in the day we made our way to the campus of
