Thanksgiving
To start off our Thanksgiving break we headed down for Hogle Zoo's first free day of the winter.
There were so many people, a real zoo, if you know what I mean :) But it was worth the craziness to get the whole family in for free.

Always the climber, Eloise was climbing on our step stool and it tipped and so did she. She hit her eye on the way down. She had quite the shiner for a couple weeks.
It was so laid back at my parents house. Some of us didn't even wear pants.
My mom made us a real treat Thanksgiving morning. Cinnamon roll turkeys with bacon for feathers. They were as incredible as they look!
Later that morning we went to my aunt Kathy's house for the main festivities.
Thanksgiving wouldn't be complete without at least one card game. Kate and Olivia played a mean game of Go Fish.
On Saturday we spent a fun day with Richard's side. Lots of cousins to spoil our girls and more card games! We had a great time.

We never starve.
The fun lemon tree Grandma designed and the cousins got to decorate.
We had a great time visiting with both of our families and eating way too much food. We have so many blessings that we have to be thankful for! Happy Thanksgiving.
It was a GORGEOUS day for the zoo!!
