Peach Days

Peach Days was last weekend and we decided it would be a good idea to take a break from birthday party planning/decorating and head north for some much needed family fun. 

The food is one of the main attractions at Peach Days but not if you're feeding the whole family. So for the umpteenth time this summer, we grabbed a Little Caesar's and ate in the park. Then we walked around the booths and caught up with some friends. After visiting for awhile Olivia kept insisting that we ride the horses (carousel). I think we've only ridden rides once since being married and that was at the county fair not Peach Days so this was a first for us. The girls were in heaven!

We accidentally bought two extra tickets thinking I needed them to ride the carousel and Olivia got to go on another ride.

Usually a carnival atmosphere is mostly creepy with just a hint of excitement but thankfully Eloise doesn't know that yet and feels only the wonder and excitement.
