Christmas Day

 We set out cookies for Santa for the first time and I think we left them looking pretty convincing.

We went to bed with green grass showing and woke up to a white Christmas.

It was magical!

I like getting a picture of the kids before they open presents but we let Alvin sleep in. This is post-present-opening.

I am determined to keep Christmas small and simple. This one got a little carried away. But all is good!

Christmas on a Sunday is how it should be. We took our time opening gifts and eating brunch and then we got ready to go to church. The meeting was less than an hour but gave us all a reminder of what the day is all about. Christ and family.
