Swimming, Swimming, Just Keep Swimming

Olivia was recently introduced to Finding Nemo. Ironically it was around the same time that we started swim lessons so she is kind of obsessed with all things water and fish.

We took the Mom/Tot class at the city pool and had so much fun swimming together every morning and learning some basics. She can now blow bubbles and kick her legs, get in and out safely, and float on her back with support. She is so confident in the water (sometimes too confident) and loves the big slide.

 Before                and                    After

After her first lesson on Monday, we decided to go back to the pool with the whole family for their discounted family night. This was Eloise's first time swimming and she loved it! She just chilled the whole time in her tube chair.

And if we hadn't swam enough the first week, we went to Seven Peaks (Salt Lake) on Saturday.

Aunt Kate came with us and we had a great time. We each have the Pass of all Passes and hope to use them a lot this summer. But even if we don't go again, we already got our money's worth just going the one time.

Eloise stayed home with Nanny and Poppy and by the looks of it, had way more fun.

We had another week of swim lessons and then went swimming at the hotel and splash pad during our family reunion. Olivia may not be sick of the water, but other than running thru the sprinklers, we're taking a break for a bit.
