Missionary Moms and Dads

My parents received their mission call last week.

 

They are going to serve...

Drum roll, please...

as the office couple in the  

Washington Kennewick Mission!!!

They enter the Missionary Training Center on June 4th

We are thrilled for them! Lookout people of Kennewick, here they come! They have no idea what kind of powerhouse is coming their way and they will be blessed beyond compare.

Richard's parents are also serving a mission in Bryan Ohio. So we will either be orphans or empty-nesters--we're not sure which yet. Olivia is going to think grandparents and computer screens are synonymous. We'll try to make sure that doesn't happen for long, though. How cool is it going to be to have all your grandparents/parents serving a mission, at the same time?! Such an exciting time and such a blessing to read about the great work and service they are doing and will do. We are so proud of them! We hope to follow in their footsteps someday and go on our own mission(s). It can't come soon enough.
