Desk Facelift

We were given this desk nearly a year ago and, let's just say, it was well-loved by the previous owners! Richard decided to give it a new face during some of his free time this summer.

BEFORE

Not much of a 'before' shot, I know, but we always forget to take a picture because we're so excited to get a project underway! We've never been too fond of laminate, especially light-colored laminate, and there were so many nicks and scratches with this thing. He removed all of the laminate down to the particle board and applied several coats of stain and polyurethane.

 
AFTER

Our new, beautiful desk! It fits perfectly in the space, too!
